Conditions of Hire

1. Hire periods are from Saturday to Saturday. 
2. Arrival after 4pm and departure before 10am. Hirer must vacate the cottage at the end of the hire period.
3. Bookings accepted with 25% deposit. Balance due six weeks before arrival date.
4. Booking is regarded as cancelled if full payment is not received by the due date. In the event that you have to cancel all efforts will be made to re-lease the cottage. However you are obliged to pay if a re-let cannot be secured.
5. The hirer should ensure that the cottage is left as clean on departure as they found it on arrival. 
6. The hirer cannot sublet the cottage and undertakes to leave it secure when it is left unoccupied during the period of let.
7. The cottage will not be occupied for more people than the stated maximum.
8. Ness Side Cottages accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any members of the hirer’s party or their property arising in any manner out of the letting of the cottage, howsoever caused.
9. The hirer is liable to pay for any loss or damage to the cottage or its contents beyond normal wear and tear.
